Is it real?

I don't post on here very much, but I am always reading.  I posted on here in August when I found out I was pregnant and then again when I lost the baby in September.  I think I am back on here.
If AF is going to show up, she should show up sometime this week.   Me, being me, couldn't wait and I had this feeling that I am pregnant, so last night I took a HPT.  I GOT A BFP!!!!!  Because I tested early, it makes me nervous and I can't help but wonder if it is real.  I know it has been asked before, but are false positives possible?   I used a ClearBlue Easy Digital.  I thought about taking another test this morning with the first urine, but was afraid.  Part of me wants to call the doctor and get my blood test done because if I am pregnant I have to start Lovenox injections.  I just don't know what to do.  I am too nervous to be excited , yet I am over the moon.  I know it makes no sense.  I am just confused and scared.

Congrats!  Sounds like you are pregnant!  I know you must be scared, but if you need those injections then I would be calling asap!

congrats! I don't think that false positives on a digital are likely! I'd call the Dr today so you can start on theinjections. Congrats again!
