Monday weigh in!
Once again I weighed on Tuesday after having a horrible Monday and my scale is way down. Yesterday 169.3 and today 166.7. 2.6 pounds. I did a ton of exercise and enjoyed a visit with the commode. Hopefully this number stays or goes lower. I'm repeating yesterday's workout or more, repeating the calories or less because I am SICK of the 60's and want out.
One thing that is weird is that my leg muscles are sore today. I set the treadmill right from the start at 4.2 and increased the last 2 minutes to 4.3. I guess I was too compliant and needed to up the intensity.

Was so busy yesterday and forgot to post. I lost 2 more, now am 222. Just waiting to be 219 then 199 seems so much more realistic. Went to my surgeon yesterday and she ordered an upper gi series to see if the actual anatomy of my RNY is still fine (no stretching or ulcers). She said she will entertain the thought of a revision if something is indeed wrong. Other than that, I'm on my own. No snacking, protein and water.
