So ladies - how did everyone survive turkey day?

I am down another pound to 184 (from 185 last week and 198 pre-pregnancy). The weight is definately re-distributing to my hips and belly.

I am down 1 pound from last week. I am not getting excited. I have been gaining and losing the SAME pounds since I had Jantzen. Still not down to pre=preggo weight. It's so frustrating when I am so close. *sigh*

True. I didn't think of that, but yesterday was a TERRIBLE food day! Always is when I tailgate. thanksgiving was easy. I only eat Turkey for the most part. A little gravy and some veggies. I hate mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, so that was easy for me.

i refuse to look at the scale until i deliver. LOL I have only gained about 15 lbs ish total. SO i figure thats not to bad. Im hoping it comes off fairly easy. I keep telling myself I will be ok. Baby weighs over 5 lbs already so that counts for something right!!

I stayed the same and am over the moon about that!! I had the most amazing apple crumb pie and ate most of it :hangs head in shame:

I am beyond frustrated. Up .2 pounds from last Monday. I had lost some at the beginning of the week and stopped weighing daily when it went up a bit. Did really well Friday - Sunday. I just don't get it. So 169.3 this week.

I'm going to have a Biggest Loser week this week. I'm subing at the gym tonight and I'm really going to push my self. I'm also going to take Colace with my iron again. I'm thinking it might be causing some of my problems because despite the 35+ grams of fiber, I'm not regular.

The plan this week, 30 minutes in the morning of exercise, 30-45 minutes of walking at the school, 45 minutes eliptical at the gym. Today my plan is 3 hours total of exercise!!!! My goal right now is to get into the lower 60's by next Monday so I can be remotivated. This NOT losing thing SUCKS and I resent exercise when it doesn't help me lose weight.

I just have to share this one... I ate like a pig on turkey day and I have been walking all over this weekend...

I went to see my NUT this morning and I tell her my weight loss slowed down like she wanted and then I step on the scale I lost 8 lbs in a week...WTF???

She was shocked and I think I was shocked more... So now I am down 161 total in 7 and a half months out.

I am sitting here eating an Arbys cheddar melt... I dont get it...

Congrats on your weightloss...but just keep this in mind (although, I am sure you already know) those Arby Cheddar Melts will become your worst enemy in the months to come. I am proof the 'bounce back' does exists. I got too comfortable in my weighloss and started eating like I did before and drinking with my meals and started to gain. Here I am trying to get it off @ 5 years out. It is no fun... I never in a million years thought I would ever be on another diet, but I am.

thank you... I do know and my nut and I were talking about this, this afternoon... I ate like 3 bites of that and I was done... I'd rather eat fruit or veggies...  She asked me if I was gonna have a problem eating less after I have the babies and I don't think I will. I try to eat extra cals now but it is so hard. I eat all this healthy stuff and my nut likes that but still wants me to eat more cals... I just can't seem to do it...
