Slightly blurred vision?

Ok...I woke up and noticed that I have a blurry spot in my right eye.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I don't have any blood pressure or diabetes issues that I know of.  I haven't done my gestational diabetes testing yet though.  I also have bad sinus issues that have caused my blood vessels to get inflammed and give me the tingles in my face before, which I am starting to slightly feel now.  I am thinking that it may be connected.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Changes in vision are common during pregnancy.  My optometrist assured me of such when my prescription changed so much during my first pregnancy.  So while I am guessing it is nothing serious, I would still suggest a call to your OB just to let them know.
