Tomorrow is weigh day!
Be afraid.....be very afraid. I really don't know what tomorrow is going to bring. I ate over 2000 calories on Thursday but since then have been right about 1400. This week was the worst exercise week I have ever had. I think I might have done 2.5 hours. A normal week is 7+ hours. Having that gain messed me up mentally. I HATE trying so hard and not getting results.
Starting tomorrow, I am going to exercise 30 minutes in the morning, walk 30 minutes at the school at 4:15, and then 45 minutes eliptical at the gym at 6:30. I need to make this a routine. I HAVE to get 35 more pounds off. I won't accept that this is it.
