Tomorrow is weigh day!

Be afraid.....be very afraid. I really don't know what tomorrow is going to bring. I ate over 2000 calories on Thursday but since then have been right about 1400. This week was the worst exercise week I have ever had. I think I might have done 2.5 hours. A normal week is 7+ hours. Having that gain messed me up mentally. I HATE trying so hard and not getting results.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to exercise 30 minutes in the morning, walk 30 minutes at the school at 4:15, and then 45 minutes eliptical at the gym at 6:30. I need to make this a routine. I HAVE to get 35 more pounds off. I won't accept that this is it.

I've done OK food wise but think that I have put on some baby pounds the last few days.

I think you've done awesome and have been an inspiration to a lot of woman on here! I know it's disappointing to not see a loss... I hope tomorrow is a good weigh in for you and i'm sure the routine is gonna pay off!!

Thanks Kyle Beth. I try and remember how far I have come and appreciate what I have lost but it is addicting to lose and want more!!

I can totally understand that feeling...... when I stopped losing it down right pissed me off! LOL.........

But it's great that instead of giving up- your making a plan and going forward and thats totally awesome!

ugh! As of this morning I was 2 lbs up... but A. Flo is also coming tomorrow for her weekly visit. She is such a *****!
