TUBAL

Has anyone had there tubes tide following weight loss surgery? If so how was it, and how long after wls were you able to have it.  Thanks in advance.

I had my tubes tied when I delivered my second baby 3 weeks ago. I am about 4 years post op. Since your reproductive system doesn't have anything to do with your digestive system I would think you could tie your tubes soon. Maybe a couple of months?? Be sure to use alternate protection until you do, because you can be way more fertile after surgery sometimes. Shari

Hmmm...not sure since I did mine at birth. Can't hurt any worse than another pg and delivery...lol Shari
