Ok, I felt the flu coming on, they tested me and it was negative, but the Doc started me on it just to be safe, since I was pretty sick. Ive been taking it for 2 days now, and I havent had any ill effects, I just heard it usually isn't reccommended (sp?) during pregnancy...

it's recommended if the alternative is the flu. I ended up not having the flu but I felt I'd better be safe than sorry. I wasn't going to risk it if i did have it. It's a class C drug, the safest is class A. Tylenol is a class B and most antibiotics prescribed during pregnancy are class C, just to put it in prospective.
