How are you getting all your protein in? I am not pg yet but eat canned tuna a couple times a week (there is a spicy thai chili one at Walmart that I am totally addicted to!). Otherwise I can usually eat chicken, fish and hamburger meat....most others don't sit too well. Are you all still using protein supplemnts to get by?
Hey, well I still use the protein shakes because you need alot more protein when your pregnant. I'm only allowed to eat fish once a week. So that killed me because I love seafood and it goes down so well. I rely alot on protein shakes because it's hard to digest chicken and meat and either way I don't eat enough to give me alot of protein. That's my take on it :)
