Stress is not good... just a vent

I'm so sick of dealing with this car accident crap!! I'm sick of driving this POS rental car. I'm sick of the shop telling me one thing and the insurance company telling me something else. I'm sick of feeling like I'm getting screwed.

I've been told I won't get any deminished value for my car because it's got a lot of miles (about 150k) but HELLO it has frame damage, no matter what it WAS worth, it's now worth a LOT less! 

I'm sick of being sent to frickin voicemail.

I'm sick of not getting a flippin return call.

I'm sick of not having anyone who knows the damn answers to my questions.

I wish I would have insisted on taking my car to the shop of MY choosing instead of one they said I had to use. I wish I knew then that the shop would wind up BSing me. My friend works at the shop. He's telling me something different than what everyone else is saying... and he's telling me he can't say it "on the record" because he could get in trouble.

GRRR I'm just so frickin sick of feeling like I'm getting screwed!! I wi**** were worth it to get a damn lawyer but the accident wasn't serious and I know what the end result will be.... and I'm better off just taking the pain and suffering they offer (which they BETTER offer) and leaving it at that.

Pardon my language, but I gotta let it out **** State Farm **** my claims handler and **** her manager that never returns phone calls. I have Allstate and I pray to God they don't treat their claimants like this. Surely they don't.

I'm a PIA when it comes to getting what I want especially if I feel like I'm being screwed. They would NOT want to be the one to get my phone call because it wouldn't be pleasant. So I know this is easier said than done but don't stress over it, you think they want to give you what you want?!?! yea right but don't worry they will charge you up the a$$ for coverage!

why are you dealing with State Farm if you have Allstate?

The accident wasn't my fault. The other driver, who was at fault, has State Farm.

Not sure how it works with Allstate, but I have Geico.  When I had my car accident Geico dealt with the other's insurance company and I just called Geico for help/info etc.
