OT-Mini RANT

The stinking phone rings at 4AM and this overly pleasant woman starts talking about I DONT KNOW WHAT!! It is 4am!! Then OF COURSE the baby wakes up because it took me like 3 rings to realize the phone was ringing.  Now it is 5-something and she is still up and crying!! WTH???Isnt there a law about what time people can call??? Grrrrrr....

I hate that.

There are laws about when people can call you. It's usually between 9 am and 9 pm. Most people who call at all hours like to pretend they think it's perfectly legal to call you. Or it's daytime where they live. The hours pertain to the person they are calling. If I'm a telemarketer I can't call someone in California until it's after 9 am in california, despite it already being 9 am in FL.
