Girl it come second nature ... you will be a great mother because you decided to make  a life changing step in your WLSfor yhe better. That decision shows that you have the commitment to be healthy and take care of yourself first. Some one told me once, "Whatever you want for your kids, you have to have it in yourself first, to show your kids the example of self love and confidants". Girl I am really happy for you.
