OT: Any federal employees w/'use or lose' leave?

I think that federal employees can donate leave from agency to agency now, if I'm not mistaken?  If so...if there are any federal employees out there who'd be willing to donate some 'use or lose' leave before the end of the year when it'd be lost....A friend of a friend of mine is in need.  He and his wife have twin two year old daughters, and one of the daughters has just been diagnosed with brain cancer.  I've included the link to their blog below,

The mother of the girls has included her email address in the blog in order to obtain the leave donor case information. Donations would have to be made via your agency to the father's VLT case number.

I wish I had some to donate.....With using all of my own sick leave/vacation time for my maternity leave I had 1 day left when I came back.....

I will pass the word on to my fellow co-worker though...

Thanks Kathy.  It'll be a tough fight...but hopefully she'll pull through.  I can't even imagine being the parent in that situation.
