What do you feed your toddler?
Mal was never big on bread or anything of the sort, and at 3, still really isn't. She loves grapes, yogurt, string cheese. They might be little for the string, but you could give them shreds. Dry cereal, like cheerios (they have 'fruity' ones now that are like fruit loops but healthier) or fiber one. Oatmeal, cream of wheat, toast with PB. But yeah I am kind of weird too...I don't always stick to breakfast food, just as long as it's a balanced meal.
Elijah is 15 months old and for breakfast he always has fruit and one of the following:
whole wheat waffle, toast or English muffin with peanut butter and sometimes Simply fruit jam
whole wheat English muffin with cheese melted on top
whole wheat bagel with cream cheese
quiche
oatmeal (not the baby oatmeal)
blueberry or apple pancakes--makes them more moist and tasty
yogurt mixed with cereal
eggs (scrambled--sometimes with cheese and/or ham)
cheese pizza :-)
breakfast casserole
He only wants to feed himself and he's learning to use a spoon and fork (he throws them aside when he can't get the food in his mouth fast enough)

I didn't read the pp's so hopefully I'm not being redundant:
Cottage cheese with or without fruit
Crepe rolled with ricotta and fruit filling
Banana on popsicle stick with or without PB, honey, etc
Dry cereal mix (cinnamon Life, Cheerios, raisins or dried apple bits)
Homemade granola bars
Breakfast oatmeal date cookies
Turkey sausage bites
Toast with mashed hard boiled eggs on it (I noted the egg issue though)
Wheat Thins with cream cheese on them
PB and J sandwich
Home fries with diced ham

My daughter is 16 months. She loves avacado, you can slice it and they can eat it themselves. Grapes, turkey bacon, banana, milk and cheerios. String cheese, oatmeal. Just get creative. It doesn't have to be typical breakfast food. Just use the same guidelines you follow. Make sure they have protein and complex carbs to give them a good start to the day! good luck!
