water break....questions?

I was at work and I stood up at the end of a meeting, as I walked toward the meeting room door, I suddenly felt like I had peed myself and there was warm water trickling down my legs. Went to the bathroom and checked and my panties were soaked and there was a little streak of blood and what looked like a dead jellyfish (mucus plug). Pretty much every time I moved a muscle after that it was like I peed myself all over again!

And a friend of mine had hers break while standing in the checkout line at TJ Maxx.

My water broke at 2am I was lucky and actually on the toliet already on one of many trips, I felt something pass i thought in my sleepy daze but after a few minutes I realized I was peeing anymore and it was water pouring out ALOT at first then down to a trickle and did that all the way until my c-section, when I would move, bend or anything like it would gush!!

With my son, I thought I was leaking a little bit of fluid so I went to the hospital and they said I must have just "wet" myself because their test strips weren't lighting up blue right away.
2 hours later as I was posting a "false alarm" on my blog I just gushed. They said theres a 20% chance of it just breaking like that... but it happened. I made sure to bag my underwear from the incident for them to test it... I didn't want them sending me home again! I still maintain it was leaking prior. It realy does feel like you peed yourself, but its uncontrolable. I'm glad I wasn't like out at walmart or something, because I was in shock!
