Holy crap...

I was the same way, barely took vits with Nylah but mostly with Savannah. I didn't know that you worked, are you still going to when you have the new baby? I have some what of a routine with the girls so its going pretty well. Does your OB write a prescription for the prenatals? I got mine that way and then I didnt have to pay for them out of pocket the insurance did.

My daily regimine includes:
2 Bariatric Advantage (BA) multi vits (chewable)
2 BA chewable calcium
2 baby aspirin
5,000 mg folic acid
1 BA iron
1 BA Vit D
On Monday & Friday, I add in one zinc (250 mg) and on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, I add one BA B-12 sublingual.
I do the zinc only Monday and Friday and the B-12 Monday/Wednesday/Friday because my levels were going too high. I am 3+ years post WLS, and my surgeon has me doing the lab work annually now. To be honest, I don't even send him the labs any more, I just have my regular dr look at them and tell me what is out of whack.
I have taken my vits religiously since I had WLS...and though my hair did thin a little, I have never had a major amount of hair loss or exhaustion or any other side effects of the WLS.
Please take care of yourself for your kids' sake and get into a good routine taking your vits and getting your labs done. By the the time you realize things have gone to hell...you're already suffering the side effects.
