faint plus sign on test

i thought the same thing when i saw a "faint" line apparently from what my nurse and dr told me, those tests can only pick up the pregnancy hormone so it cant give a false positive.  if you get a plus you are or were pregnant enough to have hcg in ur system..

congrats!!  I just found out too...its super exciting huh.  no need to get another test, go to ur dr have them do a blood test...that will give you a def. answer...thats what i did.

Most of the time they would be correct, however, blue dye (where the lines are blue) tests have a reputation of being the worst tests on the market.  Here's a link that gives more details.  I hope your tests were correct, please don't misunderstand - but I also don't like to see people get a false positive either.
