I am not promoting Alcohol & Pregnancy.....

But..... a group of ladies want to get together and have an "Adult" cookie exchange. And I don't mean anything kinky............

I mean, we are each to bring a cookie made with an adult beverage of some sort. I see tons of recipies online for Rum Balls but that is so common. I was wondering if anyone had any other recipies for cookies of this type? Or maybe you have some free time to help me search the Internet? LOL

WLS friendly would be great as I always try to be the one who provides that. But if it's not, oh well. It's the holidays!

Does it absolutely have to be a cookie?  The reason I ask: I make a super easy killer Chocolate Kahlua Cake that can be baked into small loaves and sliced up that way.  Let me know if you need/want the recipe...

Ack!  I just discovered I recently packed that cookbook (we're in the middle of moving).  But it's from the original Cakemix Doctor Cookbook...here is a VERY similar recipe on her website:

But I will say this: even though this isn't the exact same recipe, every recipe of her's that I have made has turned out great.

That's my back up plan. I have a GREAT BAVARIAN CHEESECAKE that has a lot of Rum in it. I could make those into little muffin cups.

But I really want to stick a cookie if I can.

What about making a cookie with using marsala wine.   I'm thinking dark chocolate, almonds, maybe a bit of espresso.   I'm thinking about something tiramisu like, but in a cookie instead.

Ok this is a non-alcoholic cookie... but it is the best effing cookie I've ever made.  I made 3 dozen  for one of my grad class this summer and they were ALL gone, and there was only 7 ppl.  Check them out-
