Food journal question

Good morning,
I was wondering if anyone keeps a food journal? I know I HATE writing down what i eat but I think it does good in the long run and keeps me on track. For those who do track, do you find it easier to do this on an online tracker or just write it down in an actual paper journal?

Because I just found out i am pregnant i think it want to start off right and track what i eat- it might keep me in check.

I track my food on the dailyplate. Not only food but I can track my exercise/activities too!! It is free to join and I find it easier than writing everything down. It is very accurate and has every food imaginable on there. It is free to join and I've always found it really easy to use!!

No problem!! I've found it to be the best site I've used...there are others but I sometimes struggled to find some of the foods I'd eaten. But with dailyplate they have everything!! I can find drinks from starbucks, fast food and restaurant meals as well as brand items, fruit, veg, meat etc etc!!!
