New and Newly Pregnant

I am 6½ mo post op, down 115 lbs with 61lbs to go until goal, and today I found out I am pregnant with my 8th child. I am aproximately due July 21st 2010.

I had the VSG done so I am not too worried about malabsorbtion, but I am worried about not eating enough for baby and me.

I will be calling my doctor in the morning, but my insurance did run out so I am not sure how this will all work out just yet. DH lost his job back in January, so another baby wasn't exactly what we needed right about now, but we are still happy about a new baby. Adjustment will just have to be made.

We are just really hoping a job will come along soon for either of us. Especially now.

So any ways. Hi!

Congrat on the new arrival. Sorry about your hubbys job. Hope one comes soon. We are moving to Kansas in December so my hubby can still have a job or he would be laid off for 2 years. So Kansas here we come. Good luck to you and your new joy to come. Sherri

In the meantime, the government will give you free insurance. Its the law for any pregnant woman or child who dosent have insurance. Contact your local department of economic security office. Insurance is so important, because early prenatal care can save your babys life. Good luck, and congrats!

Super proud mommy to Dylan, Owen and Sophia Brianne!
