Daycare?

Does anyone know how much a month I can expect to pay for a newborn in daycare?We live in Billings Montana now. Thanks!

 You can call around and ask for rates.  I called a few places for a 13 month old and for part time it would be about $130-$160 a week.  

It really depends on the area you live in, I would just call around, or ask any friends you have with kids. Around here the cheapest you will find for a newborn is about $275/week.

HERE THERE IS A DAYCARE THAT TAKES THEM FROM 6 WEEKS OF AGE AND CHARGES $150.00 PER WEEK FROM 7AM TO 6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

I live in CT my daycare charges $150 a week for each child, so I pay $300 a week for my two. The rate at mine is not different for newborn verses toddler.

I do home daycare and I charge 160 a week for a infant. But just south of me in Minneapolis they charge close to 275.00 a week for infant care. It really depends on the area you live Best thing to do is call around and find out the average. You can contact your county and they can tell you averages also. They have a list of licensed daycare providers too.

It can really depend even what part of the city you want the care in and if you want home daycare vs. a daycare center.  I found home daycare ranges anywhere from $75 - $185 a week for a newborn depending on what part of the same city!!!!    A daycare center can range from $150-$225.  You really have to call around.  Also, go to this link... this is a listing through the dept of Health and Human Services for Montana that lists all of the licenses daycare providers for a city.  Here is the link. http://ccubs-sanswrite.hhs.mt.gov/MontanaPublic/ProviderSear ch.aspx
