Cooper slept for 7 hours straight last night !! (sorry to be such a post-hog this morning)
Still.... I am pleased and hope this is a good trend.
The problem? He leaked through his diaper - a lot !! This has been happening lately at night if I don't change him at every bottle feed (usually 2x per night). Well I wasn't going to wake him up to change him.... and he leaked.
His size 3 diapers say they go up to 28lbs (I think) but he's only around 20-21lbs. Would a size 4 diaper just be bigger or does it actually absorb more? His size 3's fit him fine.... just leak.
Here's hoping for another straight 7 hour tonight!

I don't remember what size the 4's start at as far as weight goes but we usually changed to the next size much sooner than the smaller size limit said. Maybe try the 4's at night to see if they work. Worse case, you do a couple more loads of laundry.

Try using overnight diapers. We use Huggies overnights, mine would leak thru any type of regular diaper by morning all the time, and their pj's and the sheets! I have only had the overnights leak 1-2 times the whole time we have used them.

Try using a diaper liner if the next size up doesn't stop the leaks. They sell them at babies r us (next to the pull ups). They look like big maxi pads without the sticky side. Hannah still leaks sometimes, but it has helped tremendously.

I might buy some of those liners so I can use up my big box of size 3 diapers. (yah, I'm cheap).

I've been having the same leak issue with Alex, as he's been sleeping from 10pm until 7am for the last 3 weeks without waking up to feed in between. So in the mornings, we usually have a leaky diaper. I wonder if they sell Overnights in his size.
PS.. I STILL don't sleep very well at night because I'm too busy listening for Alex to wake up. You'd think after 3 weeks I'd relax a bit.. but nope!
I think it will take me a while to get used to him sleeping more too. Although last night could have been a big fluke and he'll go back to his regularly scheduled program tonight!
Alex is so cute !! I just love happy little babies --- and I don't think I responded to your post with his pictures the other day! (If I read off my cell phone it's hard to respond!)
