my trip to L& D

Well i got my first trip to L & D tonight. Lots of contractions, cervix is still high but lined out.

Feeling lots and lots of pressure in my girlie parts. Got a shot of turb and was on my way. I see my OB tomorrow. Lots of fluids by IV and im suppose to take it easy.

We will see how tomorrow goes.

Glad the CX's could be stopped for now. Consider that just a practice run :D

With each CX, your body is releasing hormones that help mature and stimulate baby's lungs. I tried to focus on that after a night in L&D and another week of CX's.

Sorry you had to go through that! Same thing happened to me about 30 weeks. Then nothing until (not even BH contractions****il almost 37 weeks and the doctor said he wasn't going to give me turb. that time..... still it was another 4 weeks before Cooper was born!

So hang in there! Keep us updated.

Sorry you had to go to L&D and even more sorry you had to have the shot of turb. That is one wicked medicine. Did you get many of the side effects?

I hope that your doctor's visit goes well today. Keep resting and keep that baby baking!
