Monday weigh in!
I said I wasn't going to weigh but I actually felt heavier so I did and I lost 2 again. Last week 226 this week 224 with nothing after it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So far 5 weeks I have lost 11 pounds. Now my goal is to be in the 1's before Nylah's birthday in April. I will do it, and it will get done....one day, one change at a time.
Hope you ladies did well! Liz your fine you'll need to gain a little now!

You will see a 7 or even a 6 after having this baby. I know it. Even if you gain the recommended pound a week from this point on it will all come off plus some I bet.
I'm not weighing until December 2nd but I really wish I could. I had a great week and I feel like I lost. It isn't hard for me not to weigh though because I took the batteries out and it requires 6 total and I don't have them in the house. So instead of my weight I will post on Monday my weekly exercise.
On Wednesday I didn't exercise because I took my mom out for her birthday and it was a long drive. On Saturday I didn't exercise because it was my Grandmother's funeral and also a long drive. My totals for the week.
229 minutes of walking outside.
165 minutes of eliptical
15 minutes of bike.
6.82 hours total
Have a great week ladies. I only have 23 days until I can weigh and it will go by fast. This family challenge has really remotivated Savannah and she is back to counting and exercise. I don't know if I have mentioned much on here but when I started this in February I was 40 pounds bigger then her. I lost 72, she lost 35 but gained a few back and when we started this last Monday she was one pound heavier. She is taller so her BMI is close to normal. It is going to be really interesting to see the numbers on December 2. She loses so much faster.

We had a bit few weeks of birthday celebrations and as I figured, I was up a little... only .2 lbs which I am thrilled about. We had THE most fabulous cake at Josiah's party in PA. I ate 3 pieces... yes, 3. It was mighty tasty for breakfast too...lol
Shawn also broke our scale last weekend so I had to get a new one so I don't know if it was the cake or new scale. lol
I am back on the wagon today and will have a much better week. I hope everyone else does too.
