I'm sorry Amanda.  I'd say I hope that's not what's going on, but I've been there myself too much to not give you the benefit of the doubt that YOU know what it is....and since I wanted to cluck the dr (not my usual dr) in the head during my last mc when he asked in a pretentious voice why I would think that that's what was happening...I won't do it to you.  All I can say is that I'm here if you need to talk, rant, rave or cry.  I also am hetero for the C1298 MTHFR (but not the other one you mentioned), as well as Factor V and a few other glitches in my blood work...but have never had a blood clotting incident...but the plans are that next time I'm pg, I'll take the lovenox injections (did that w/my last pregnancy also), as well as the 2x a day baby aspirin and 5,000  mg of folic acid that I do every day anyways.

How old are you?  I'm almost 42...began the journey of TTC #2 right before I turned 40 and got pg right away, followed by mc after mc.  The dr(s) believe that my problem is that the uterine lining isn't developing thick enough to sustain a pregnancy.  The drugs they have me on now are helping that (confirmed via u/s), so hopefully things will be different next time.  They have drastically increased the progesterone I am on now versus the last pg.  I went from 8 mg 1x a day in the last pg to 100 mg 3x a day (300 mg a day) during the second half of my cycle, and continuing on it when/if I get pg again.

Thank you for understanding like you that I know whats going on, I dont need blood work or doctors to tell me, I know.. As my hubby said this isnt my first time at the rodeo.... (hes such a dork but it did make me laugh)

I will be talking to them about the lovenox and baby asprin, they plan to do some ultrasounds of my uterus to check lining shape and size to make sure that isnt a problem.

I am on,y 27, but I have also been married for 5 years hubby and I are ready for this baby gig :)

I didnt know anything was wrong with me until we started trying I had no clue about the blood clotting disorders till now, my father has a pretty rocky history of blood clots but I never assumed it could be my problem too.... I am on the folic acid taking it daily first thing in the AM so I am hoping that helps that part of it.  We will see about the blood thinners I am going to have my levels drawn tonight (because thats what they want)  I called the office this morning and discussed with them the letter from the HR OB with the results including the MTHFR and the other one (which I am not at home so i cant look at the paper cuz god knows i dont remember it haha) and my desire to go on blood thinners for next time.  They didnt have the letter so i instructed the girl to call the HR OB and have it faxed over, (thankfully the girl at the office is pretty awesome) she was completely shocked when i told her I had lost it over the weekend " your numbers looked so good last week"  so i should be getting a call later today after my OB reads the report from the HR OB.
I told my boss today incase today becomes to difficult and i need to go home. but for now working is a good distraction.

Thank you for hugs :) they are appreciated, the next time i need to rant rave and cry i will let you know.. this is one of those things that does not get easier each time it happens.. and if one more person tells me that i may punch someone!  (not you guys stupid people that dont understand)
