as long as you can get yourself to get in what you need to nutritionally (and 2 squares is not even close...and you know that) you don't have to gain an ounce and can actually lose the entire time.

I'd work in protein shakes with milk if you can stand it.  just get your calories/protein/good carbs up, continue with your vites and you'll be fine. as early out as you are you may not be able to stop losing.   A gal I know got pregnant around 2 months out and lost just about all her weight WHILE pregnant.  she actually came home from the hospital a few lbs from her goal and lost like 70 lbs while pregnant.

Thanks Mandy!

I soooo know that 2, even 3 square meals a day is NOT enough but I am trying. I just have NO appetite and eating if I am not hungry makes me feel majorily sick. I have tried protein shakes since becoming pregnant but something about whey and what they put in the other kinds makes me seriously ill. So this is what worries me so much. Even I know that I am not eating enough to sustain myself currently, much less add a baby.

I struggle to maintain and not lose weight daily...I'm not pregnant, so that doesn't apply to me...but you might try fruits smoothies...if you have any place where you live that makes smoothies...they can design high calorie ones specifically for you....that is what I have done...you can also make your own at home using frozen fruit, either cream or half and half...blend it up....and sip on it for a few hours...its an awesome way to get in more calories and not feel full.

Thank you so much for you help Laura.
This will probably work too...I don't know why I didn't think of it. Especially because I love cold drinks..even more if there like slushies. I will have to try this in my magic bullet. Are there are smoothie combos you can recommend? And can I use plain milk and/or yogurt instead of cream or will it change the texture?

Simone,  you can use milk or yogurt either one.  I have not tried one with yogurt, but I know people make them that way.  I forgot to tell you, you need to add ice to the mixture to keep it frozen...I'm sure you knew that, but just thought I would throw it in...just in case.

As far as recipes...I would google fruit smoothie recipes and see what you come up with.

I make mine with frozen strawberries and rasberries, ice, cream, and mix it up.  I add 2 scoopies of the "flavorless" protein..which is a joke because it still tastes like protein..lol...but the other ingredients over ride the protein taste.

I also have problems with whey protein,as it makes me sick...so go to a health food store, GNC, or vitamin store and see what other kinds of flavorless protein they have aside from whey!

I hope this helps!

Laura, you have been tons of help. I am defintely going to try this. Maybe tomorrow morning. I always have frozen fruit in my freezer..in bags and because my eyes are still bigger than my stomach I buy more fruit than I can consume...so I have what I need it seems. I will try and see what my local GNC has but living in such a small town sucks because all "vitamin" shops are jokes and only carry very limited options beside the basics.

I was just going to suggest this to you! I lost over 40lbs with my last pregnancy and I have the most healthy, perfect little 1 year old now! What I found important to me was those daily fruit smoothies with my magic bullet!!! I couldn't stand the protein shakes while pregnant, just made me gag, but the fruit smoothies were PERFECTION! My Dr. was happy I was loosing the weight as I was still obese (started at 220, ended at 175) but very particular about still getting in the nutrients the baby needed. I did a full variety of fruits with ice and water/juice or sometimes with skim milk!
