Miloh = soft-hearted
Marcos = outgoing
Darnell = secretive
Jarrett / Jerrett = confident
Jerome = blessed / holy name
Rodrick / Roderick = effective leader
Brett = innovative

I do like Jaxon & Levi.  Have you thought of naming this son after another family member, like a grandfather or his father or a favorite relative?

I also thought of some Spanish sounding names like Roberto (brilliant) & Eduardo (flirtatious) but not everybody wants to use a name like that.  Good luck.

We have thought about the middle name thing but for some reason, Taylan just fits for us for all our boys. We're really big on making sure they know about their big brother when they grow up and that he'll always be a part of their lives even tho they never got to meet him. But the middle name could be up for discussion with my husband I'm sure!

Jarrett is different! I'll add that one

  I understand the middle name.  I was thinking about the 1st name after another relative then Taylan.  He would be named after 2 people.

Tay = jaunty; also a river in Scotland
Lan = land
Tay could also be a derivative of Ty (tyler) = maker of ...(tiles)

Sawyer =  wood worker; hard working
Dawson = David's son

What about Oliver = loving nature; kindly; ancestor; olive or olive tree?

Oliver Taylan
Miloh Taylan
Brett Taylan

Okay, you can see those are my favs so far.

My OB just named her baby boy Asher.   I had never heard it before.  What about Morgan or Mckinnley?   Mckinnley might be too confusing with MacKinnon though.

My hubby won't go for any of them I'm afraid... he's really funny about names, he'd prefer something traditional like his (Matthew) but understands that's just not in the cards with a wife like me! hahaha But he won't let me go too quirky on him and boy names can't have any type of "Feminine" qualities or he'd flip!

Always been a fan of Carter but have another friend with a little boy Carter! Jeez, it appears like I have lots of friends with quirky kids names too! hahaha I know it shouldn't matter, but for some reason, I want his name to be really unique, like he's the only one in his school with it... that's probably impossible this day and age huh.

I'm LOVING everyone's suggestions!!!!!!!!!

If I had my way, if we had a son his name would be Jude.  I think it's so unique, but classic... of course hubba doesn't agree lol.  good luck with names
