Baby bloat?

I know there is no way that my stomach is this big from the actual baby. But there is a definate growth that has happened. I can only wear 1 pair of my jeans and those were my loose one's. Of course I was wearing them tight because I was loosing weight and now they just don't even fit. Did anyone else experiencing this much of a belly buldge this early on? I know it's my 2nd pregnancy but still it just seems crazy. I mean 7 weeks, that's nuts.

Even when I was over 250 pounds with my daughter I noticed I got "bloated" within a few weeks of conception. I think everyone is genetically different, and I get that way. This time I noticed the bloat even before I could test- but it is twins, so that makes a difference. Before I found out I was having twins last week I thought something was really wrong with me because even my jeans that were too big don't fit anymore, and my husband thought it was crazy too. I notice my stomach getting a bit bigger every day it seems. Today I put on a tank top under a shirt, looked down, and could hardly believe how much I was showing. Of course, it isn't really noticeable to most people, only my husband has noticed. I am just at eight weeks. It sucks already! Luckily though I haven't gained much weight at all- just 4 pounds which I attribute to the Clomid I took, since we did IUI. You're not alone in the bloat!

I think I'd faint if they told me I was having twins! I don't really think I am though. I can't imagine how much larger I'd be if that was the case.

I can't fit in to any of my old pants my waist has been bloated from about seven weeks....I got the comfy pants....I can wear jeans to work, so I bought maternity ones that have belt loops and I just put a belt on and changes the holes depending on how big I am that day....but I was a size 10/12 before and I have 14 that won't button....good luck finding cloths that fit!  Stacey

I was a 20 in pants and still had size 24 jeans that I'm fitting into now, but the 20's totally don't fit now. I hate the low rise maternity pants. Maybe cause I have a low belly already and it just is like gross looking.

I was bloated in weeks 5-7...my bloat as subsided a little...but I too only have 1-2 pairs of pants that fit right now...I am already secretly wearing maternity clothes!

It's crazy! I can't stand to wear anything that's tight on my stomach or it makes me nauseous and it really doesn't have to be that tight.

yep. bloat can hit us hard. it may never go down before you develop a true baby belly.  just right now you are right..no chance its baby unless you have multiples in there.  baby is waaaayy down in your pelvis right now.

That's why it's so weird cause I know it's not the actual baby. I don't remember bloating like this, this early on with my daughter.

From about 8 weeks on I was unbuttoning my jeans every time I sat down! I know baby is still very very small at that point but your blood and fluid volume has by then gone way up so that is probably why you are noticing the belly growth already. That's just my guess tho.
