30/31 week appt

 I had my 30/31 week appt yesterday. I got to hear my Bella's H/B!! Up 9 lbs all together. The OB is a high risk OB and wants my to have a growth scan on the 17th to make sure she's growing right. I can't wait to see her little butt again it's been 11 weeks. Everything looks great, I am getting to the point where i am feeling pressure down south and extreme dizziness. Dr. said everything fine iron is a little low. My glucose level was 67. My OB is having my do a contraction test (can't remember what it's called). They are going to hook my up to monitors and watch to see if I'm contracting (which I haven't yet) and to see how Bella's reacting. They want me to do it every Mon. and Thurs. until she comes. And that lady does U/S at some of the apptointments which I was happy about just to get to see her more.

I am right there with you on the dizziness. 

I think you are talking about the NST.   You just lay on a table and they hook you up to monitors.  It takes about 20-30 minutes.   No biggie.  

Way to go on only gaining 9 pounds. 

I am glad things are going well. The nst's are no big deal. They monitor for heart rate of baby and contractions to make sure she reacts okay. The ultrasounds will be to monitor your amniotic fluid levels. For me it is a relaxing time. Good luck and keep us posted. Shari
