Weigh in..........
Congratulations!!! I have a disclaimer this week. I am constipated despite hitting my fiber goal every day for the last 21 days. Last week I was 169.1 and this week 168 on the nose. 1.1 pound is ok but I thought it would be better. I had different expectations. Since I am not weighing for a month I was hoping to be a little lower so that when I do weigh I might see the 150's in one month.
I am starting fresh today at 156.6!! YIKES! I gained about 1.6 pounds (I think). I ate a lot of Halloween candy and other junk. My plan is similar to Jennifer's, except my next weigh in will be the Monday before Thanksgiving. Going without weighing for that long will be a big accomplishment because I generally weigh everyday. It usually keeps me on track when I am maintaining, but I think that when I weigh and find I am at the lower end of the spectrum, I feel it's ok to eat more... so I do. We'll see how it goes.
