I am right there with you. My back is achy and I can't get comfortable. AS soon as I do I have to pee. lol

Here's to hoping that it gets better soon!! Now while I Don't do it every night I have taken a Benadryl when I wake up during the night and that gets me a good 3-4 hours of sleep and clears my sinuses.

I wish I could sleep too. I go to bed around 2 am and my hubbys alarm goes off at 330 and then my alarm goes off at 530 for my youngest son to get up for school. Its awful but thats normal for me now. Have had insomnia for years and dont take anything now while being pregnant. Its been awful but I guess when Hayvann gets here I will be all ready for the long nights with a baby. No adjustments needed. :)

I'm sorry! I feel ya ... i'm still in that boat, just chalking it up to "1st trimester blues" because my husband remembers it not lasting long (last time).

We could start late night chats!  I am always up between 2-4am, and then fight to get back to sleep..then just about 5am, I start the my back hurts and I have horrible non stop leg cramps...So I am usually up by 5am- I am so NOT a morning person, so then I sit there and my mind races and I worry.  It's not a fun thing.  I hope it gets better soon for you. Oh- and on the allergy issue- I can tell you this is the worse my allergies and breathing has ever been, I've end up on several medications this time because they flat out told me take them or be treated for asthma...because you and baby have to breathe.  Fun!

I feel ya but my problem is I cannot fall asleep. Once I fall asleep I am...errr..okay so to speak. I toss and turn most nights...I used to be a one spot sleeper no moving...but I can feel myself all over the place these days. I cannot get my body to sleep before 2 am and then its unrestful sleep until 7am. Thankfully I don't wake up or I'd be pissed.

Oh and an even bigger complaint. My behind hurts...always. I can't even sit on the thing for 10 minutes without it going numb on me...no matter how soft the chair or hard. And my back....I think I need to see a chiropractor.

Hope things get better for you, me, and all the other lovely ladies here...and soon.

Well...if i could take some of your "can't go to sleep" and put it with my "can't stay awake" we would all get a good nights sleep!  I actually only look forward to my husband going out on the ship because I can go to bed at 9PM!!!  (when he is home, we never make it to bed before 10-11pm)....I need my sleep.  We typically get up between 5-530 and if I didn't have to go to the bathroom every hour, I would sleep through from 9PM-5:30 with no problems.....

Hope everyone gets some rest....if not I will do it for you!  :)

My hubby works second shift thank god because there are nights I am in bed at 7! lol He'd think I'd fallen off my rocker if he were home. I am up at 4:45am getting ready for work though

I had the hardest time sleeping early in my pregnancy also.  I got a SNOOGLE pillow and ahhhhhhhh......it was wonderful!  HOWEVER, now that I'm in the 3rd trimester (with twins also) I am miserable and though I fall asleep easily from sheer exhaustion, I wake up every 1.5-2 hours to pee and then at about 4:30/5 I lie there awake until 7 because I'm just so uncomfortable.  But I can't sleep without my SNOOGLE.  It wraps around my neck, goes down my back and then between my knees - OR - you can have it cradle your head and belly while hugging it and then between your knees.  LOVE IT!

Good luck...it only gets worse in the 3rd trimester.  UGH.

I know what u mean...its not like I am not tired...I am exhausted all the time... I wake up to pee and then I am wide awake... this afternoon needed a nap but no luck, my daughter is sawing logs and here I am. I really need to sleep when I can and this just sucks...lol I know it's gonna get worse too. I remember how uncomfortable I was with just my daughter I cant imagine with 2. I am getting all those ouch pains that double you over  when I stand up to quick or move to quick. I got a lil belly going on already and I think I need one of those snoogles...lol I just love talking to everyone on here... here we all went threw the same stuff and its so much easier turning to you ladies... Thank you everyone I feel better knowing I'm not alone...lol
