TMI about Bowels
So I am now 30 weeks and a day and have noticed my bowels are loose again. In the first trimester I had diarrhea and then second trimester it was constipation. It's not diarrhea but loose. It seems like everytime I eat I need to have a BM. Is this normal? I have also hit the NO SLEEP part of pregnancy. Any tips on that too.
Thanks

Okay-I had noticed some of the same things- I believe that it is because everything is so compressed,,,,and really there isn't much room for the intestines to take. Just like at certain phases I can barely eat, then it all the sudden resolves...baby shifts, I expand . So I wouldn't get to concerned...I also assumed it was change of diet at points too...Sleep- well yah, good luck with that I have to be fall over dead tired to get any rest. So I push myself a lot to get to that point so I can get some sleep...but even then cramps, getting up to pee, back spasms, I just get to the point where I feel like I could sleep standing up...so I eventually get rest.
As a person with insomnia while not pregnant this pregnancy has been hard on me on the sleeping problem. Not really anything to be done. I have a hard time and I know I dont sleep much. Drives me nuts but I do what I can. I go to the bathroom now more than I ever have too. I think its good cause the constipation is awful so I would rather go a lot and more often then be stopped up. :( :)
