getting comfy / pillow question
I was considering buying a body pillow tonight after work to see if that helps - but in my research I have also seen these "C" shaped things that go behind your back curl up under your head and curls down between your legs and supports your belly later on - BUT they are like $50. Any one have a vote one way or another which worked better for you?
Thanks ladies!
I just found the C pillow only allows for a certain position, and I am all over the place when I sleep. But if you typically sleep in the same type position, it may work for you.

I had injured my back and had several herniated disks and have DJD there and mid back (they felt from the strain)...I have to say as I lost weight from my RNY my back has never felt better...however- pregnancy does strain it for me (not horrible though)- I find massage therapy and stretching helpful. I also use a regular body pillow (super comfie)....plus I surround myself with pillows so I can sleep on my sides. I also found that injectable (epidurals) for pain management worked wonderful...I believe they can still do those while pregnant. It can be a series of three shots, I usually had incredible relief with one shot. I have also used a muscle / nerve stimulator (but that isn't okay in pregnancy- or I can't imagine it would be) Oh- I did try a pregnancy pillow and I hate it. I hope you can find something great and it doesn't get drastically worse.
I bought this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001A0K43M/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp _sr_3/177-6469428-7507264?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=lpo- top-stripe-1&pf_rd_r=0SJ5E4XT2DMP2ABTPVX5&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_ p=486539851&pf_rd_i=B0000635WI
I love it. I don't move at nite and I wake up without any pain.
