I'm ordering you to dress up and go trick or treating LOL. Eat all the candy you can. I would hate for you to have to have surgery so hopefully you can keep on the high end of your range.

I would love a big loss. A 39 pound loss would make me happy LOL. I still have a good amount to lose so I need this to keep working. I lose hope.

Well I lost 1/2 of a pound.  Not nearly enough but oh well.  I am so good the first 1/2 of the week and then it goes down hill from there.  Hopefully a better result next week!

1/2 a pound a week is 26 pounds a year, nothing to sneeze at! I hope you have a better week though. I seem to lose a bit of steam on Wednesdays. My worst day though is usually Mondays after not seeing a loss on the scale. I do have quite a bit of that screw it all attitude and just want to go hog wild eating.

Well, I havent weighed myself since 3 weeks post-partum.  I was 163 I think then.  Today I weighed in at 169!  YIKES!  I have noticed that my fluid intake has been really horrible, so this week I'm going to attach a water bottle to my wrist and not let go and see if that makes a difference.

Alright well I got on the scale this morning and had to weigh TWICE 186! This is the lowest weight I have been since middle school! AND I'm 10 weeks pregnant! lol SO I am down a grand total of 12 pounds since conceiving... I am starting to feel better from the morning sickness so I would guess that my weight will start rebounding soon. My "goal" is to keep my pregnancy weight under 200 pounds - we'll see if I can do it. I am not going to stress if I can't but it is my goal.

This is my lowest weight since surgery almost 3 years ago and puts me at 16 pounds from my Dr's goal of 170.

That is awesome! You are right in the area I was when I got pregnant with Reagan. My BMI was higher since I am shorter but I got pregnant at 208, dropped down to about 190 and delivered at 206. At my 6 week check up I was at my all time lowest since surgery 184 but then gained a bunch nursing. I always gain a pound a month nursing.

It would be funny to walk into your doctors office 9 months pregnant and say I'm here to tell you I am at goal now.

Thanks! I am 5'8" so my BMI is 28.3 - I'm "overweight"!

Wouldn't that be a hoot!!

Thanks again!
