update on me

for those interested in the latest...

Wednesday I met the new OB, she is running blood work testing for blood clotting issues, as well as a full genetic pannel.  She has also ordered (after my next period) an ultrasound to check the shape and size of my uterus to ensure that it is the proper shape and size.  I had the blood drawn right there in the office after some issues with Quest, but it worked out great, and I should get some results Friday.  Also I am 3 days from AF so I will know if I have a positive test by the time my blood work comes back and we can either move forward pregant or with the US for shape and size of my uterus.

Glad it was a good first appointment, and whether pregnant or not...looks like your future is bright either way for the hopes of starting your family...YAY!

Thanks it was a great first appointment.  She has a plan, and I am super glad because the lady with the plan will help :)

I am not feeling positive about being PG this month, so I am sure when I talk to her Friday I will be scheduling the US test.

I am willing to wait if she feels its best for me :)

I am very sure everything will work out well.  The only thing I am not sure about is how I am going to deal with waiting to try to get pregnant again :)

Glad to hear things are moving in a possitive direction.  I love planning...lol it is re-assuring to have a Dr. on your side who you are confident in and is pro-active on your behalf.  Blessings to you and your future miracle!! :)
