Congrats!  As far as the cramping I did that for weeks.  I always felt like I was about to start.  And the morning sickness and symptoms didn't start for me until 6 weeks.

Well I called the Doctor...they said no need for a blood test and they wont even see me until Nov 24th to see the nurse...Then dec 2nd for an u/s...It seems like so Long away....I guess I'm just used to having such early monitoring with having IVF last pregnancy 5 years ago....

That does seem like forever away!   With Hannah my work was wanting confirmation of my pregnancy (I worked around chemicals and need to moved to another area).  The office wasn't crazy about doing the blood work, but I'm so thankful it had to be done.   My progesterone was low and quickly dropping.  I'm sure if I hadn't went on progesterone supplements I wouldn't have Hannah now.  This time when I asked for blood work they said well we can confirm with a urine test unless you had trouble with your levels.   So they drew my blood and it was perfect this go round.     If you really want more monitoring I would call back and explain that it will put her mind at ease.  No good OB wants a Mommy to be unneccesarly stressed out.
