My vitamin update! Good news

I don't have my hard copy yet, I have to pick it up tomorrow but here is what I know.

In July my Vitamin D was an 18 and now it is 86. I have been taking vitalady.com's dry D 3 times a week. I'm super excited that my D is so good.

In July my ferritin was a 1 and it is now a 4. Still really low but my RBC went from 10.3 to 10.6 so they are heading up. I have never gone up on pills alone so they are working. I'm currently taking 2 Centrum Chewables and 1-3 vitalady carbonyl iron a day.

Other things that were low were zinc and I don't know those results yet.

I'm going to celebrate by getting my hair cut tomorrow.

That's AWESOME news Jennifer!!! I just started taking the vitalady carbonyl and hopefully will see improvement quickly.  Was curious about the dry D as well, so I'm going to order that too.  I think getting your hair done is a GREAT idea!!!  Congrats on your progress!!

Thanks Shawn! I love your new pic. I bought the Tender D3-50 100 pills. I only take them M W F because it has so much D, I wasn't sure if I wanted to take it daily. Now that my levels are normal I'm going to switch to T TH on them and I think they will retest in 3-6 months.

Did you know Centrum Chewables also have carbonyl iron?

Awesome!!   I had the same issues and am taking similar supplements and finally my vit D and iron are much better.   I'm taking the dry vit D but every day and ferrous gluconate.   I feel so much better.  

Share pics....I'm debating cutting my hair as well but scared to.

I took pictures the other day when I got my new jeans. I look like a deranged lunatic in them. I take the worst pictures, it can't be that I am that ugly LOLOL.

Reagan and I have a mother daughter dance and we get 2 pictures. Maybe they will come out good and I will post them.
