Dr Appt Today!

I saw the High Risk OB today for my first of monthly appointments - he said that the baby looks perfect! BAby was even in there wiggling it's hands and feet - so cool to see! Baby's head is to the right and feet to the left.

I asked him about the flu vaccines and he strongly reccomended that I get both - he and his wife are signed up to get the H1N1 when it becomes available. He did tell me to wait until after the first trimester though, so I guess that I am going to give in and get it.

sounds like you got good advice on the vaccines! It also sounds like you are getting great care and monthly appointments will lead to lots of ultrasound pictures to keep you happy and at ease :)

That is great news! Your 1st ultrasound looks like my 1st ultrasound, but I guess they all look the same at that stage...LOL.

My OB also urged me to get the H1N1. I think that I am leaning more towards getting it now. It will be available on Nov. 1 here, so I still have some time to consider.

Thanks ladies! I must say that the one that I had 2 weeks ago was much clearer - I guess because it was an internal. She said that the one next month should be really cool! Can't wait!
