Oinkin' in my house!

I just had my regular check-up this morning and mentioned that my kids are sick with the flu. My doctor said that they most likely have H1N1 because that is all that they have been seeing there. They won't actually test them though, unless they require hospitalization.

I have a sore throat and cough, but no fever. My doctor put me on Tamiflu as a precaution.

Hopefully I don't get anything full-blown!

Good luck to you. I hope you don't get too sick.

We're oinkin too! My oldest was diagnosed on Monday and I was started on Tamiflu yesterday. My youngest and I started coughing yesterday and he has a fever today. I'm heading to the dr today because my chest hurts so bad and I haven't been coughing that hard. Stay out of public everyone! You can't avoid it, it's everywhere.

My kids have really been hit hard. They've had a high fever, bad cough, and sore throat. My son was also not able to keep anything down for about 10 hours in the beginning. Thankfully he's been able to keep liquids down now.

I have milder symptoms. I have a cough and sore throat, but no fever. I think getting on Tamiflu right away has helped a lot.

I hope you and your family recover quickly. This is definitely no fun!
