Well I went to see my NUT today and she said I have to try and eat 3,000 calories a day. She said sense I am having twins and I am losing weight to fast still I have to eat more and try and slow it down. I see her point but at the same time I am like OMG 3,000 r u serious??? I was barley doing 1,700 ... But other then that I have what else I need as of my extra vitamins... and I go back in 6 weeks to update and check my weight again. She said if I lose a lot before then to call her. I am a total down of 140 lbs and 6 months out. When I found out I was pregnant I was 412 I am now 379 So I lost 33 lbs in 4 weeks...maybe 5 weeks... I can't remember right off the top of my head at the moment. Anyone else think 3,000 is a little much? She told me not to count the cals cuz it will drive me crazy but to do the best I can...lol

Add in things like: Dairy, avocado, use real butter on veggies, whole wheat toast with PB and whole-fruit spread, etc...

Alright these are good ideas...lol  I have been eating onion bagels with a tbsp of reg. butter and reg. cream cheese it helps a lot...lol  But she told me to try and eat like peanut butter or nuts 2 times a day for healthier fats... Which is nice cuz I have been craving peanut butter.

wow 3000 calories?! I almost fainted when I heard 2000 lol

MAke a protein shake with sugar free ice cream, switch to 2% milk, make smoothies with yogurt (I use the 2% fage greek yogurt but you can always try the full fat), full fat cheese, full fat cream cheese etc.

Good luck with the eating!

WOW, 3000 is going to be hard to do.  I am lucky to get in 1000.  Yes, I would add as much milk as you can, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter galore, and maybe ground hamburger for a higher calorie count.  Make sure you get all the vitamins in every day!  Can't wait to see more ultrasounds!
