I am going to look at your Daily Plate for last week and try that. I cannot use the eliptical in the LR because seriously it weighs a ton and I CANNOT move it from the basement (its a really big Nordic Track) so that is not an excuse that I am trying to make up. LOL If I can get Nylah in her own bed at a decent time I will get down there, the baby has been going to sleep from 9pm-5am so she is not the problem. And I would bring Ny down with but it is not a finished basement and I don't want her playing on that floor. YUCK! Thanks for your advice!!

Come on Chrissy, we can do this together. I weigh 232 so not too much less than you. Let's get to eating less and trying to exercise. I say trying for me because I work full time and have a toddler and newborn and DH is gone until December. So I can only get it in when they are asleep which means that is less sleep time for me. But I am working HARD this week for at least 2 pounds loss next week!

Of course you can. I weighed 240 when I changed my eating habits and started to exercise just 8 months ago. Today I am 169.1 and I swear it becomes addicting to lose. I'm looking forward to your first loss next Monday.

 Okay, I pulled my wagon outta the closet and jumped back on today.  My weight was 100.0 pounds even.  so, I have lost 2 ouces in the last 2 days...is it is a real loss or a water loss or my clothes are didfferent or whatever.  I guess I am just holding my own, but as of yesterday, I recommitted to try to go back to gaining.  Amazing what a few recent pictures will show you what you need to do.  I look in the mirror every day when I do my hair and makup....I don't think I look any different, but man oh man, take a snap shot and its like...who the hell is that old bag of bones in that pic...uggg...so not my goal in life.  I want to be healthy...hot .... and sexy....not anorexic like I am competing with the twins that fight their weight so.  

Soooo...if I don't post next week...someone PM me and remind meor something...also...if ya thinki of it in the middleo f the day....poke me and remind me togo have a snack...because I simply forget to eat because I am not hungry. I need the village to fatten me up here...and  i KNOW I am in the right place because at one point in time we were all fatter than fat...so we should be ablet o get me through this...right?

Can you set a couple of alarms to go off daily on your cell phone to remind you to eat?  You can even download some muppet ring tones....maybe miss piggy singing to you or something to remind you to eat.  Good luck.

I know I haven't been trying as hard as I should/could; if I could string together more than a couple of good days at a stretch, I would be losing.  But... maintaining is ok with me for right now.
