Monday Weigh In
I know you say you would be happy. But I am not. Which is why I don't normally post my actual weight on here. Everyone has thier goal, for thier body type.
I have been as low as 120. Didn't like it. I sat at 132-135 confortably for 4 years, that is MY good weight, and I want it back! LOL. I am only 5'2". I am wearing a 12ish right now at 146. It's just how my body holds the weight on.

I'm sorry Jo. I am the opposite of you in that aspect. When I am busy I do so much better. When I am stuck home I think about food and eating and I don't move around a lot. I hope you are able to get back to losing.
Do you like Tuna? I have been buying, thanks to coupons, the Starkist sandwich ready. The Albacore has 90 calories a pack and the mayo, onions, and relish right in the pack. Even though light mayo would be better, I love the taste of these and the low calories. Maybe if you stuck a loaf of bread and some of these in your car you would satisfy your hunger while getting in some protein and fiber if you eat high fiber bread.

I'm sorry that you didn't lose anything this week. I KNOW that if you would use your eliptical every day this week for 30 minutes you would lose!
I had a great unexpected weigh in. Last week I was 171.5 AGAIN and this week................169.1!!!!!! I did it 5 times to be sure. I am in the 60's. Total loss is now 70.9 pounds. I ate more this week and exercised a bit less then I had been so I really didn't expect to see much of a loss. I had convinced myself that I was still in the 70's. One thing that might have saved me is for the first time I actually pooped 3 days in a row. TMI I know but this has never happened in my life LOL. I also had coffee quite a bit this week.

Thanks Liz. You know how some weeks you just feel bigger? Not only have I felt that way all week but I feel like I was lacking a bit in exercise.
My ebay order came today with a size 11/12 pair of Levi's Copper pants. The 13/14 pair that I loved were too big but I buy used all the time so I figures they come pre stretched. I am so excited to report that these fit like a glove. I will post a picture later today. They are a stretchy jean and so comfortable!

I just have to say you are AWESOME! If I could see that # in 8 months I would be so excited, I mean just to be 180 and back in a size 11 I would be so happy. Look at that only 10 pounds and you will be in the 50's! YIKES! Have you changed your calories at all? Do you stay at the same amount since you started?
I actual think my calories have increased just a bit because I am exercising more. Most days I am at the 1400 mark where before I would have days that I did 1200 or 1300, now it seems I am always at 1400. Do you still have my dailyplate password? Why don't you try eating what I do for a week and see if the fiber/calorie combo helps you. I don't think this last week was a very good example since I seemed to eat more but I did great with my fiber.
I eat the same breakfast every morning so I renamed it omelette 1 + 2. It is just one egg, 2 whites, ham, FF cheese, and tomato. It says 208 calories but it is really only about 180 since I use less cheese.
My weight is coming off really slowly. I KNOW that if you used that eliptical even just a few minutes at a time it would fall off of you in no time. Put it in the living room and every commercial use it for 2 minutes.
