My family has swine flu!!!!

Well I came home while my hubbys in training and I am living at my parents. My mom and sister have had the flu for the last week so I have kind of stayed downstairs in the basement or at other families. Well she calls me today and says she has swine flu and my sister. I FREAKED OUT!!! The Dr told her they are coming over it b/c the fevers are going away but I am still freaking out. I called my OB out of town and told them they said to stay away from them, so I am going to lysol the **** out of the air go straight to my room at night and then I am leaving for home Monday. I am just scared and nervous. So please pray for my family and me!!

Oh Jessica....

I am so sorry.....you are in my thoughts and prayers....are you able to take/use tamiflu? Am not sure but wondering.....hang in there.....stay healthy!!!

 Thanks Ann I have no signs or symptoms right now so,,,, My hubby gets back the 31st but I am heading home on monday now it was going to be the 28th but the OB wants me to come home and see him. Just because I have been exposed.

I would try and start Tamiflu just as a precaution.  It works best before/just when symptoms start.  I hope you dont get it and it seems your family is going to get better soon!

I can imagine how scary this situation is for you.  Hopefully, the lysol worked and you were able to keep yourself isolated enough.
