I LOVE the Graco Metrolite system....in fact I FINALLY traded it out for the Snug Ride today (that was a biotch to do myself..lol...mainly the stupid latch was not unlatching...) I digress...but I loved the set....I had to get that online....but loved it....it is a lite one and not heavy.....5 stars from me :)

And one thing I did not put in the update is he seems obsessed with anything but toys....as I type this he just crawled to my purse (up on the couch) and grabbed a tampon out of my purse...lol....I had the bag of maxi pads out and he emptied the bag out and carried around a maxi pad....OMG....oh well...I am taking pictures to use as evidence later....lol
Hope all is going well on your homefront...any news on your hubby....you have been in my thoughts and prayers a lot....

Try putting some men's tube socks on Nathan...they come up so high (they should come all the way up to his thighs and then some), that they'll be difficult for him to pull off. I used to do that when my son was about Nathan's age and we were living in a ****hole apartment in NY. The lovely landlord would turn the heat/ho****er off when he went to his girlfriend's house every weekend - despite the fact that it was -15 degrees outside - so I'd be bundling him up so much he couldn't hardly move...but the socks worked to keep his feet warm, his legs warm, and kept him from pulling them off...but didn't get in the way when I needed to change him.
He'll be sitting there thinking...'Foiled again!'

Oh my gosh !! Nathan! Tampons and Maxi Pads !! That is too funny.
I already warned my husband if Cooper ever does anything "bad" like pull all the toilet paper off a roll or smear toothpaste all over (and I'm not home) he had better take pictures before cleaning up / lecturing !! Those are the types of pictures you always cherish.... heh heh.
My husband has a round of tests scheduled for Nov 5th. They will be tests to verify the functioning level of his kidney and to test his heart (stress test, echo, etc) to make sure he's healthy enough for surgery. So Nov. 5th I am taking off work and we will spend the day at the hospital.... ironically the hospital I had my WLS at and he had his 1st kidney transplant. It's over an hour and a half away, but one of the best around.
Thanks for thinking of us! This whole kidney disease / failure is a long slow process. I wi**** were something we could get over with in a month or two, but it will be more like a year or two or three (or five).
Take Care,
Cindy
