wat are ya eating
I did crave crab legs for a few months.... and lots of cookies and crackers !
I also wanted to eat lunch meat, but since it's a "no-no" for pregnant women I (mostly) avoided it.
I'm not sure there's an answer.... your body needs nourishment and when I was pregnant if that meant I ate potato chips with whipped cream because that's all that I could tolerate then that's what I ate !

Sweets dont bother me either but I still cat like it does if I get more then 20g sugar... meat had been a turn off except ham and turkey... I got sick of ground beef quick.. I made lasania the other night had a small piece enough to satisfy me and not over do it 95 % meat and cheese and cottage cheese instead of rocattia cuz the thought of that right now makes me ill...lol But it helped with my carbs... This is really challenging for me... I have been living on bananas and peanut butter... triscutes and cheese...chili sounds really good right now...lol I dunno I just pick at my meals every hour and a half -2 hours but I am also having twins so I try and eat amy calories I am suppose to which is very hard... I dont know if I made sense to ya...I am multi tasking so... I hope I helped if not these other ladys are awsome... take care

I'm actually eating less often than I was pre-preg because food just doesn't sound good...I'm making certain to do three meals each day, and often a protein bar or low-sugar yogurt in between just to try to up the protein. It sucks when the thought of food turns your stomach, but I'm more worried that later in the pregnancy the tide will turn and I will want to eat constantly.

I can eat sweets...cakes, candy, ice cream galore. I have no threshold it seems on sugar or I guess its just higher than what I want. But lately I want NOTHING sweet. I have had a pack of fun sized kitkat bars and a pack of snickers and 2 small individual cups of ben and jerrys ice cream...for over a month now..gasp. Never had that happen before. So people are already saying boy lol. Even apple juice is too sweet for me these days and I have to dialute it.
I am just saying...eat what you can. I know my protein levels are tanking right now but I think its more important to eat in general than keeping forcing down protein only to see its return shortly after or making yourself sick to the point where you won't eat the rest of the day. Hopefully the appetite will return soon and it won't be biased.
