Weight gain... what has your experience been?
I had rny and im about 9 months post op now, got preggers 7 months out started at 176 and lost 3 pounds but recently have gained a pound so im stuck at 174 and its silly but im frustraited with that pound. my surgeon doesnt want me gaining more than 15 pounds during this pregnancy but i wanna try to stay as close to my starting point as possible.

I am currently 20 Weeks Prego- 2 yrs Post RNY.
- I didn't gain much in my first 10 weeks- then gained a whole 12 lbs in these last 10 weeks. My OB wants to me gain or try to gain about 20-25lbs - this pregnancy, so I am right on track. If for some reason I dont gain weight in the next couple of months he wants to prescribe me Ensure.
