weight loss after pregnancy

i have 30 lbs of baby that i need to lose..
the doctor keeps telling me .. relax its only been 3 months. i think the weight should have been off a long time ago!

just a qucik question.. how long did it take you to get back to ur pre preggy weight?

Never did.  Those pesky last 8 lbs stuck to me like white on rice.  GRR!!

I have 45 pounds of baby to lose and mine is 2 months old. I eat to much junk and am very stressed eating so I don't know when they will come off. With my first I gained 70 as well but lost it all in 7 months with A LOT of will power and discipline.

It is not only going to take time, but much effort  . . . when you are ready . . .  little by little . . .  change by change . . .  movement by movement.  Back to eating healthy and less and exercise!!!  No magic.

Amen! You said it girl!

Cooper is almost 4 months old.

I am about 10lbs above where I started..... the first 20 came off quickly -- and I gained 2 lbs when I stopped breastfeeding. 

I know it's partially my fault because I am still eating carbs.... I need to eliminate those! 

My boss keeps telling me... "It took 9 months to put on the weight it will take double that to take it off..." 

But in my heart I know exercising and not eating simple carbs would help!
