No worries. I got pregnant 4 months post op at 150 lbs after years of PCOS. I had a 10.5 lb baby boy, 21 inches long - and am now pregnant with twins. Just keep up your suppliments, drink your fluids, and add about 200-300 calories in the 2nd trimester. You'll be fine!
You and I are very similar. My highest was 235 and I got pregnant at 150. However, I got pregnant sooner - without meaning to.
No worries!!

I'm glad To hear of your pregnancy's thats great to know there are other women with the same situations. We are very similar, I was really shocked But over joyed when I got a positive urine stick. I thought I would never see that, this was without really tryin.Twins ! great!:) does that run in the family? You must be elated! Did you loose weight in the begining of any of your pregnancy's? Thanks I feel better !~Ro
Nope, no twins in my family! These will be the first. We were overjoyed when we got pregnant with our son even though I was so early out. I gained 2 lbs immediately with both pregnancies and then lost about 6 with this one after that. I've gained 36 as of today at 32.5 weeks. A tad more than I wanted to but I'm swelling like the stay puft marshmallow man so I know some of it's water retention.
Good luck to you!

I will be 4 months out tomorrow and I am 5 1/2 weeks along. Just talk with your nutritionist about diet, take your vitamins and all should be well. Everything is going good for me so far, and lots of people on here are going throug hthe same thing and pregnanies are good!

I am in exactly the same boat except that this is my first. I tried for 7 years before WLS to have a baby with no success at all. I also have PCOS. Then, almost exactly 1 year out and at goal and BAM...pregnant! No pills, no tracking, no planning! We were stunned to say the least but very happy. I am now 23 weeks in and doing wonderfully. I eat frequently and so far have had no problems with gaining after a sluggish start...I am now up about 10 pounds. All my tests, US, and abs are perfect and the baby's kicking up a storm. Don't worry. Just eat lots of tiny meals....you know...graze....just like you weren't supposed to before...LOL. Personally I pack around lots of snacks like nuts raisis and granola. Peanut butter is also a great way to get in the calories and the protein. Best of luck!!
