Have any ladies that have had RNY find that you delivered earlier after having the surgery? I am 38 weeks with my third and I was just wondering..I had RNY in Nov of 2007..any advice would be great!!!!

Thanks!!!

Hmmm... I don't think there is any correlation between when we labor and having RNY. My daughter was 2w early, but was a 9.5 pound baby...post op. This one is measuring big as well and will probably be early. I don't believe it has to do with my RNY, but my diabetes. Shari

Nope, I got pregnant 4 months post op and was induced at 39 weeks because he was 10.5 lbs.  I have a grouchy uterus and they said I'd deliver early but never did!

All of mine came 2 weeks or more early. Pre and post WLS surgery. So I don't think there is any correlation. Especially after seeing so many women on here go at or after thier due date.
