Hypoglycemic preggos?
Anyone need a glucometer?
Strips are the expensive things, I know.. and some insurance will cover a free meter -- but if you need a meter, let me know.
As a SEVER hypoglycemic with Kaitlin, I feel every RNY'er should have a glucometer anyway, but I'm a bit fonder of preggos simply cause it's such a small subset of the WLS population.
Free for the taking, prefer those that honestly NEED them rather than those who are just doing it cause they can.

I get hpoglycemi****asionally lately but, since I work in the hospital, I can just use the accuchecks here. When I'm home, I just assume a low and drink some juice and eat a cracker with cheese. Out in town I carry around a few bite sized payday bars in my purse just in case. Thank you for the offer though. It is very generous of you and I hope some of the other hypoglycemics take you up on it.
