Hey Ladies,

I have an OB appt tomorrow with bloodwork.  I usually have my vitamin levels checked at my PCP and they just look at my chart to see which ones to check and I don't have to remember.  Well, this is my first vitamin check at my OB so I need to tell them what to check for.

What vitamin levels should I ask them to check for?

Thanks!

I'd have them check B-12, iron, calcium, and not sure what else.

Good luck!

Ur iron, b-12, calcium, vitamin d, also they are finding that post-op patients are not getting enough copper.  Make sure ur prenatal and/or multi-vitamin has copper in it.
